- Pickup. Collect your car at Langkawi Airport (Door 2) or the Langkawi Ferry Jetty at no extra pickup fee, so the car is ready when you arrive.
- Payment. Pay in full online, or pay a booking deposit to confirm the car. The booking deposit is part of the rental price.

- Short rentals. A rental shorter than 24 hours is charged as one day.
