Where can I collect the car?
At Langkawi Airport or Kuah Jetty. Choose your pickup place when you book.
How do I pay?
Online. You can pay in full, or pay a booking deposit to confirm the car and settle the balance online before pickup or in person when you collect it. The booking deposit is part of the rental price and is non-refundable once confirmed.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes. A refundable security deposit is collected at pick-up and the amount depends on the car type. It is refunded within 7 days after the car is returned, once inspected and checked for summons or fines. See the Security Deposit page for the amounts.
What if I need the car for less than 24 hours?
You can book a short rental, and it is charged as one day (the 24-hour rate), so the return can be on the same day as the pickup.
Can I cancel?
Cancel 7 or more days before pickup for a full refund minus the booking deposit, 3 to 7 days before for a 50% refund, and less than 48 hours before for no refund. See the Terms and Conditions for the full policy.
